Where will my massage take place?
Every Regenerate Massage session takes place in a warm, private, and comfortable room. Soft music will play in the background, but can be turned off upon request. You will be laying down on a custom table that is specially designed for massage.
Will the practitioner be present when I disrobe?
The massage therapist will leave the room before your session to give you time to undress, settle onto the table, and clothe yourself with a clean sheet.
Will I be covered during the session?
During the massage, you will be properly covered with a clean sheet to ensure your level of comfort. Appropriate areas will be exposed during the massage to complete the desired massage techniques.
What parts of my body will be massaged?
A typical Regenerate Massage includes work on the back, shoulders, neck, arms, legs, hands, and feet. However, areas of specific tension can be requested for additional work or in the place of other areas.
What will the massage or bodywork feel like?
A Regenerate Relaxation Massage is often the best choice for new or first-time clients. Your session will begin with flowing strokes applied with light pressure. A hydrating lotion or oil will be applied to help create smoother and longer strokes. As your body becomes more accustomed to the feeling, increased pressure will be used to help relax your muscles without causing excessive pain or friction. If any discomfort occurs, please let the massage therapist know to ensure that your experience is a positive one.
Are there different kinds of massage techniques?
Regenerate Massage utilizes many different strokes, movements, and varying techniques to create a relaxing and pain-relieving massage. This includes rubbing strokes, rocking movements, changes to posture, pressure application, and much more.
What should I do during the massage session?
During your massage, try to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Close your eyes, relax your body, and focus on the pressure and movements being applied to your body. You can communicate with the massage therapist at any time with feedback or questions.
How will I feel after the massage session?
After a massage session, it is typical to feel relaxed, tired, and even a little sleepy. Relief from aches, pains, and muscle tension is the most prominent result. After the initial period of lethargy, clients often feel more energized and refreshed for days.
What are the benefits of a Regenerate Massage?
Not only can massage relax your body, but also offer relief from chronic muscle tension and pain. In addition to this, massage can help improve your circulation, joint flexibility, stress levels, posture, and blood pressure. Massage has also been known to regulate sleep, reduce tension, and create an overall feeling of refreshment.

There are many conditions that could cause complications with a massage session. Before your session, contact your health provider if you have any concerns related to a medical condition. A written recommendation is advised if you’re currently under the care of a doctor.
